Once they are trapped inside the Genjutsu, they will feel their soul being ripped into thousands of tiny pieces and their very sanity being pushed to near breaking point. Since it’s a Genjutsu, none of this is really happening but the opponent may lose their sanity if they are of a weak mind.

The victims spiritual energy will be shattered, leaving their limbs unable to work properly for a while depending on the ammount of spiritual energy used to attack the victim in question.

At this point, the snow around the opponent will turn black and close in around them until it finally hits them. The blistering winds scratch at them and the freezing temperatures bring their temperature right down.

After this her Archangel Jutsu can carry on as normal, and she can deploy her feathers as an attack as normal also. This covers a 5 meter radius and cuts through.

At this point, she will then impale the captured enemies with the weaponary. This can be used on multiple people, but with the more people its used on, the more energy it consumes. Different attacks can be formulated with this jutsu, but have yet to be refined.

It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control. Because of this, only a few highly skilled medical-nin are able to use this technique.
By sending an excess amount of chakra into the patient's body, the user can overload the patient's normal circulation, trapping them in a comatose state. Although this is usually undesirable, Kabuto Yakushi once effectively used this side effect to get Kiba Inuzuka out of his way.
Background Information:
Background: Mizuki was born into the main branch of the Niwa clan which was alive with the sound of happy families and equality among all members,not just their branch. Mizuki was raised to become as good as her mother, Aoi, but some say she lacked the potential. This aggrivated her mother greatly and she opposed all who tried to stop her from teaching her daughter everything she knew. She trained her daughter night and day, teaching her everything she knew so that people would have to recognise the talent that Mizuki had. Since her mother was both determined and very talented, the training was a success. Ever since, her clan respected her greatly, not knowing what was inside her, just as Mizuki herself didnt know. As she grew older, she grew more and more aware of the fact that she was sharing her body with something other than herself. Soon, on the night of the massacre, her mother told her everything since she knew that her time left was short. Ever since then, Mizuki has been training diligently, training night and day to try and get to where her mother always wanted her to be. She is still not fully in control of the Gobi but she is slowly getting to terms with the power she now posseses. When she reached the rank of chuunin at age 15, she set her sights on Jounin. Year after year, she progressed up the ranks until she rised to claim the position of Hokage. Some people disapproved of both a Jinchuuriki and a teenage girl running the biggest village around but they knew nothing about the girls pure dilligence and fighting spirit. Only one person, Shikisha, ever understood her, and she hasn't seen him in a good number of years. Since she has aged now, people respect her now as a leader and comrade.

Her heart swelled with a sense of pride as she saw how well everyone seemed to take care of themselves and each other. Things were definitely looking up. She touched at the scar on the back of her neck and stared up at the sky with a thoughtful frown. If only her mother could see her now, Mizuki hoped that she would be proud.
